Lynda Sauls

Accomplished and compassionate human services professional with more than 20 years of experience leading programs, developing community partnerships, and advocating for individuals experiencing addiction, homelessness, mental health challenges, justice involvement, and other complex life barriers. Recognized for building collaborative relationships with courts, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community stakeholders to improve client outcomes and strengthen service delivery.

My experience includes serving as a Master Case Manager, Program Director, and community advocate with organizations throughout Seattle and Southwest Florida, including Harvest House, The Crossings, JFCS, and All Faiths Food Bank. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate recovery, housing instability, employment, and other life challenges. I've also developed policies and procedures, created staff training programs, implemented trauma-informed practices, and built client-centered systems that promote accountability, recovery, housing stability, and long-term success.

I believe in leading with integrity, compassion, and collaboration. I'm passionate about mentoring others, strengthening nonprofit organizations, building meaningful community partnerships, and helping people move from crisis to stability.

Outside of my professional life, I'm the proud mother of five children and grandmother of fifteen grandchildren. I'm fluent in both English and French, having lived in Quebec City, Canada, where I immersed myself in the language and culture. When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me spending time with my grandchildren, exploring local thrift stores, working in my garden, or enjoying time with my English Bulldog, King.
